In the early 1970's we embarked on our first of many historical renovation projects which later became home to our Olmsted Falls office. Our efforts were recognized by receiving the Medaillian Award by the Cleveland Area Board of Realtors.
Since that time, we are proud to have undertaken a number of historical and community preservation projects such as the Williamsport Plaza project in the 1980's. Our most recent community restoration project is Grand Pacific Junction located in the heart of historic Olmsted Falls.
Whether supporting Olmsted Falls Heritage Days or providing for economically challenged families in the Tremont neighborhood, we are committed to improving the lives of the greater Cleveland Community.
